TOTAL MAX POSSIBLE

The maximum amount of time off, whether paid or unpaid, within a year across public holidays, vacation leave, sick leave, paternity/maternity leave and parental leave.

PARENTAL LEAVE

Time off, whether paid or unpaid, for either or both parents of a newborn child, independent of maternity/paternity leave.

MATERNITY/PATERNITY

Time off, whether paid or unpaid, for either or both parents of a newborn child, independent of parental leave.

SICK LEAVE

Maximum time off from work, whether paid or unpaid, including long-term illness.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS (PER ANNUM)

Time off, whether paid or unpaid, for public holidays within a year.
